Quality Care Nursing

Quality Care Nursing offers a focused and practical approach to CNA training with its 4-6 week in-person contract program. This program collaborates with various nursing home facilities to provide comprehensive training for individuals aspiring to become CNAs. The curriculum is designed to equip students with the knowledge required to pass the Pennsylvania state CNA certification exam. Notably, Quality Care Nursing has a partnership with Wesley Enhanced Living, which covers students’ tuition in exchange for their commitment to work for them. This unique feature not only aids in tuition payment but also provides students with valuable hands-on experience, enhancing their readiness for job placement. Presently, the program only offers evening classes.

The Nursing Assistant Contract Training program spans 4 weeks, encompassing 3 weeks of theory, lab, and skills training from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The final week involves clinical training from 7 am to 3:30 pm, totaling 120 hours. Additionally, there is a 6-week evening program, featuring 2 days a week from 5 pm to 9 pm and every other weekend from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for 5 weeks. The last week is dedicated to clinicals during daytime hours only.

Quality Care Nursing’s training program is ideal for employers seeking Temporary Nursing Assistant (TNA) contract training for their staff. This 2-day, 8-hour program focuses on skills practice training, with students learning 25 board-certified skills to prepare for the state skills practice exam. The program is available during daytime hours, and evening hours may be arranged upon request and approval.

For those interested in the Theory/Lab/Skills training, it spans 3 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, followed by a 40-hour clinical component during the 4th week, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm. A 6-week program is also available, consisting of 5 weeks of Theory/Lab/Skills on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm to 9 pm and every other weekend from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The final week involves clinical training during daytime hours.

Quality Care Nursing’s upcoming class in November presents an opportunity for interested individuals to apply and embark on their CNA journey. For more information or to explore evening training options, prospective students can contact the administrator at [email protected] or 267-988-7090. Fees may apply for evening training.
